One stem is enough.
THE STORY
We made the first one for the studio windowsill. It needed to hold a single stem from the garden without looking like it was trying too hard. No flared lip, no sculptural gestures — just a quiet tube that lets the flower do the work.
Slip-cast porcelain, sanded smooth after firing. The opening is sized for one to three stems maximum — anything more and it stops being a bud vase and starts being a regular vase.
Put it on a shelf, a desk, or a dinner table. It weighs almost nothing but won't tip. We tested that too.
